One shirt, two jobs.

Safety yellow on site so you're easy to spot, and long sleeves so the sun stays off your arms all day. Knock off, and it's straight up the hill — same shirt, no getting changed, sleeves already sorted for the bike. Black if you'd rather not glow.

Hand screen printed — not a digital print

Every design is drawn up here in New Zealand, and every shirt is screen printed by hand, one at a time. That means real ink pushed through a screen and cured into the fabric — not a digital transfer sitting on top of it.

You can feel the difference. The print has a bit of weight to it, the colours stay solid instead of washing out grey, and it won't crack, lift or peel off in the wash the way a cheap transfer does. It's slower and it costs us more to do it this way. We think it's worth it.

The shirt itself

• 180 GSM midweight 100% combed cotton — breathes on a hot day, still keeps you covered
• Regular fit with side seams — room to move without flapping about
• Ribbed crew neck with shoulder-to-shoulder taping
• Ribbed cuffs, so the sleeves stay put instead of riding up your forearms
• Twin-needle hems
• Preshrunk, so the size you order is the size it stays
• S to 3XL, in Safety Yellow and Black

Looking after it

Cold wash inside out, hang it in the shade, and keep the iron off the print. Do that and it'll outlast the job.
